This tract of land consists of 160± acres of land. According to the county F.S.A. office there is 114.18 DCP cropland acres with 110.5 acre wheat base and 40 bushel yield. The balance of the farm consists of heavy timber, wet weather spring, rolling terrain in the timber area providing some very good whitetail deer hunting!
