RED LAKE FALLS – Introducing the DISCruptor, a new tool for the agricultural service industry. Built for individuals performing service on Geringhoff Rota Disc shafts, the DISCruptor creates a safe, stable work environment enabling the quick removal of Rota Disc components from the shaft. With Geringhoff Rota Disc headers requiring replacement and/or interchanging of the Rota Discs when the circumference of the cutting discs are below the adequate threshold, the time-consuming process of removing the discs from the shaft is now reduced to hours instead of days.

“If you’ve removed components from a Geringhoff disc shaft, then you know it’s a dreaded task – there’s just no easy way to do it” says Dan Konickson, creator of the DISCruptor. “The DISCruptor allows you to firmly lock the shaft in place and lift the disc shaft components off with the simple pull of a long-handled ratchet, one by one. And when it comes to those stubborn spacers and discs, the patented wedge-style tools eliminate this hassle by “popping” them out their fixed positions, making the process much safer and saving a ton of time.”
