The merger aims to revolutionize the farm equipment industry, offering streamlined solutions for dealerships.

In a strategic move to enhance its offerings and drive innovation in the farm equipment industry, Tractor Zoom, a leading provider of farm equipment and heavy machinery valuation data, has successfully acquired Anvil App Works

The acquisition, announced by Tractor Zoom CEO and Founder Kyle McMahon, signifies a crucial step towards providing integrated solutions that optimize inventory turn and margin growth for equipment dealerships.

The collaboration between Tractor Zoom and Anvil App Works began in February, solidifying their partnership. This acquisition builds upon the success of their initial collaboration, integrating solutions that received overwhelmingly positive feedback from customers. With the combined resources and expertise, Tractor Zoom aims to scale this success and deliver the best dealer solutions possible.

Under the leadership of Kyle McMahon, the combined company will operate as Tractor Zoom, headquartered in Iowa. Jason Hoult, CEO and Founder of Anvil App Works, will play a pivotal role in leading product development and ongoing innovation of the newly acquired CRM solution.

The merger brings together a talented employee base of 47, pooling the technologies and partnerships of both companies to streamline the equipment appraisal, pricing, and sales process. Tractor Zoom's vision is to offer a single platform for equipment dealers to access internal customer and sales data alongside real-time industry equipment valuation data points, eliminating the need for multiple solutions and improving efficiency.

Currently, approximately 850 dealership locations utilize Tractor Zoom Pro and Anvil's DealerConnect and Enterprise platforms. Both solutions will continue to be sold and supported, ensuring clients can achieve their business goals seamlessly.

According to Hoult, "Formally merging our companies and products unlocks so much opportunity. It allows us to combine our collective expertise and resources to build a fully-integrated sales and equipment inventory management SaaS platform that addresses the evolving needs of dealerships in North America."

McMahon emphasizes that as the company embarks on this new chapter, their mission, vision, values, and brand promise remain unchanged. The focus will continue to be on listening to customers, delivering innovative solutions, and providing honest, accessible, and actionable insights to empower their business decisions.
