Sonderup Charolais Ranch Inc

Sonderup Charolais Ranch has been breeding Charolais since 1962 when we purchased our first Charolais bull. The purebred herd was expanded when Tom was in 4-H and FFA in the early ‘70s. In 1976, when Tom graduated from college, Sonderups began managing the Tri R Cattle Co. herd of Charolais. In 1977, Sonderup Charolais purchased 100 females from Bauman Ranch in Wyoming. With the Bauman and Tri R females, Sonderup Charolais had nearly 250 females to start with. In 1990, Tom and his wife took over management of the cowherd and formed Sonderup Charolais Ranch, Inc.
