Zimmerman’s Equipment, Inc. provides Sales and Service of Farm, Forestry and Construction Equipment.

Zimmerman’s Equipment Service was established in 2006 by Rusty Zimmerman as a side job while working as a Roanoke City firefighter in Virginia. The businesses primary focus was to provide field service and maintenance to heavy machinery. The client base and needs grew steadily and needs for our services were time demanding.

In 2010 Rusty retired from the City of Roanoke to pursue Zimmerman’s Equipment Service full time. Our client base has since grown to not only the local farmers and small business owners but to a large portion of Southwest Virginia and West Virginia. With the steady demand for work and more customers Zimmerman’s Equipment Service decided to incorporate on January 1, 2014, now known as Zimmerman’s Equipment, Inc.

As our customers’ requirements have grown so has the company. In August 2013 we purchased an 8,500 square foot service shop. The buildings’ location is the main artery leading into the County of Craig. We are located 15 miles off Interstate 81 and 4.5 miles south of New Castle on Route 311. With the further expansion of Zimmerman’s Equipment, Inc. from service and maintenance of heavy equipment to now Sales of Farm and Lawn Mowers. We are staffed to help you with any of your equipment needs. We have a full-service department with qualified service technicians, a knowledgeable parts and warranty department, and an outstanding sales department who are ready to assist you. Our business has been blessed with great customers and look forward to what the future has to offer.

Zimmerman’s Equipment, Inc. is an authorized dealer with Vermeer Ag, Branson Tractors, TYM Tractors, ArrowQuip Cattle Handling Equipment, Hustler Feeding Equipment, Spartan Zero Turn Lawn Mowers, Bush-Whacker Rotary Cutters, Dirt Dog Blades and Accessories and Tar River Equipment.
