Garber's Honda-Kawasaki

Lloyd Garber started his motorcycle business in 1955 in Fairbury Nebraska, which is southwest of Lincoln. Lloyd is currently the oldest, active, originating Honda motorcycle franchiser in Nebraska.  His devotion to the power sports industry and his customers speaks volumes for itself.

Lloyd began his motorcycle sales career in 1955 selling Harley Davidson products from down on the courthouse square here in Fairbury Nebraska.  In 1963 Lloyd made the leap to selling Honda’s products.  He has been a Honda dealer for over 50 years.  To be in one business for this long he must be doing something right.   In 1969 Garber’s cycle shop moved up on the hill to a new location where they remained until 1981.  “The old man” as he likes to call himself added the Kawasaki product line in 1980.  Then in 1981 shortly after increasing his product line to include Kawasaki the Garber Cycle family expanded and moved once again to our current location.  This move has been a permanent one and for the past 33 years Garber’s Honda-Kawasaki has been providing quality products and great customer service from its current location just ¼ mile east of Fairbury on highway 136.  In 1989 the old man added Stihl products to his product line and in 2004 he added the Dixon line.

Garber’s Honda-Kawasaki  has a full line of on road and off road motorcycles, 2×4 and 4×4 ATV’s, 2 door and 4 door side by sides, as well as a variety of used merchandise that changes regularly.

Garber’s has an in-house service department where our mechanics can do just about anything from tuning or over-hauling your ATV or motorcycle to sharpening a dull chain saw blade to repairing your chainsaw, leaf blower, snow blower, or MUV.  They can even repair a flat tire for you.
