In the 1980’s a young entrepreneur and inventor had a plan; to form a company to design and produce innovative light construction machines. Armed with little more than determination the firm’s first product, a self-contained Rock-Drill and Paving Breaker, was introduced. This machine and the company built around it, would come to be known as SKIDRIL (sky-drill) the leading brand in portable contractors machines. Back then, the founder would hand assemble as many machines as limited resources could support and deliver them from his pickup truck directly to the customer throughout North America. From the first customer and product over a quarter century ago, to the current family of machines and thousands of customers around the globe we still do business the old fashioned way by standing behind the products we make and the real people who use them.
