In 1961, Ellisville Auto Supply Inc. was established by Mr. Wayne Blackledge of Laurel, Mississippi. The business was first established at 203 South Front Street in Ellisville. Throughout the years, Mr. Blackledge began adding product lines to the business, such as farm tractors, lawn mowers, ATV/UTV's, and much more. In 1978, Ellisville Auto Supply Inc. moved to its current location of 704 Hill Street in Ellisville, Mississippi. Wayne’s son, Ken Blackledge took over the day-to-day operations of Ellisville Auto in 1988. Mr. Wayne and Ken’s leadership and business savvy expanded the horizon for Ellisville Auto and molded it into the success that it is today.

Mr. Ken Blackledge recently retired and sold the business to Josh Humphries of Purvis, MS. Ellisville Auto is now part of a network of 3 Carquest stores (Purvis, Hattiesburg and Ellisville) which we hope allows us to provide our customers with unrivaled flexibility and service.
