MKX2

The MKX2 grain auger is built for heavy-duty grain transfer, with models ranging from 10 to 16 inches in diameter and lengths from 53 to 125 feet. Depending on configuration, the system can move up to 23,000 bushels per hour. An open discharge spout is designed to reduce horsepower requirements by up to 20%, and a tapered bearing is included to support longer component life.

The 13- and 16-inch models feature a boot design with removable shafts and abrasion-resistant boot flighting. Hanger bearings help support the flight and reduce operational noise. Dual side clean-out doors on the 13-inch model allow easier access for inspection and servicing. Wide-standing axles and A-frame supports are used to improve stability, and a steerable axle is standard on 16-inch units and optional on 13-inch models.

Aircraft cable trussing supports long spans. The MKX2 is designed for demanding grain-handling conditions on farms with high-throughput needs.

Top Drive Auger

The AGI Hutchinson Top Drive Auger is built to accommodate a range of grain-handling needs with configurations available in 8-, 10- and 13-inch diameters. It supports manual, hydraulic or electric winch operation and offers both power take-off (PTO) and electric drive options. The 13-inch model includes an oil-lubricated gear drive and an intake guard with a hitch.

Galvanized main tubing provides corrosion resistance, while heavy-duty aircraft cable and trussing support the structure during operation. The A-frame undercarriage and wide wheelbase are designed to enhance overall stability, particularly during transport and setup. Extended-wear flighting at the intake increases component longevity, and the 82-foot, 13-inch model features an adjustable axle width for easier mobility.

Optional features include internal bearings, a pit auger intake and a variety of hopper styles to fit different storage setups. This auger is suited for producers seeking reliable, mid- to high-capacity grain transport in a range of field and bin site layouts.

CX2-1041

The CX2-1041 conventional auger from Farm King combines compact dimensions with enhanced durability and ease of use. Measuring 41 feet long with a 10-inch tube, the auger features a triple belt drive system and is built with 12-gauge steel for added strength.

A recommended 28-horsepower (hp) engine powers the unit, and the wide 8-foot-9-inch wheel track contributes to improved balance and stability in the field. Designed for serviceability, the CX2-1041 includes bolt-on wheel spindles, a redesigned engine mount that maintains belt tension without moving parts and a 24-inch intake for greater capacity.

The sealed top drive runs in a grease bath to reduce exposure to dust and debris, extending component life. Transport is simplified with a light, durable frame and hydraulic trailing wheels for better maneuverability. A pedestal-style control panel with armrest improves operator comfort and usability during positioning.

TL1346

The TL1346 is Meridian’s largest truck load auger to date, built with a 13-inch diameter and powered by a 74-hp Hatz diesel engine. Designed to improve both performance and safety, the auger eliminates belts and pulleys in favor of a fully hydraulic drive system.

Suspended flighting supported by hanger bearings contributes to quieter operation and reduced maintenance. The auger runs through a 12-gauge, 12.75-inch outer diameter tube and features continuous cup flighting over a reinforced core. A self-leveling motor mount and four-wheel mover enhance transport and stability, while engine controls mounted on the handle simplify operation.

The frame is constructed from 3.5-inch square tubing and rides on 16-inch wheels with ST235/80R16 tires and tapered roller bearings. Hopper options include a straight or forked intake, and an integrated LED light kit supports use in low-light conditions. The TL1346 is designed for farms with high grain transfer demands.

The Neeralta 1046 transport auger is engineered with a focus on long-term performance and reduced maintenance. Featuring a 10-inch diameter and 46-foot length, the unit is built with 10-gauge tubing and 1/4-inch-thick flighting, about 50% thicker than many comparable models.

The intake flighting is also reinforced and designed for quick replacement to help minimize repair time in the field. Powered by a 35-hp gas, diesel or PTO engine (or 25-hp electric), the auger is rated to move up to 5,000 bushels per hour.

The top drive incorporates hardened sprockets and sealed bearings inside a grease bath to limit exposure to debris and wear, extending service intervals. With a lowered height of 106 inches and raised height of 227 inches, the auger is compatible with a wide range of transport and storage setups. 1052A

The Brandt 1052A transport auger, designed for maneuverability and ease of use, supports efficient grain handling for a wide range of operational setups. Intended to withstand long hours and heavy use, the 1052A delivers up to 5,000 bushels per hour and reaches a maximum length of 52 feet.

It features 14-gauge tubing, 7-gauge thick flighting and Brandt’s extended life flighting, which includes raised, reinforced edges to combat wear in high-friction zones. The dual flex couplers and fully enclosed driveline enhance longevity and reduce maintenance. A grease bath head end houses the double chain drive and heat-treated sprockets, minimizing the need for repairs.

To prioritize safety and usability, the 1052A offers halogen work lights at key points, guarding along the drive shaft and two mover options: EZMOVE with joystick-controlled steering or the manually controlled AugerMOVER. Available drive options include gas, diesel, electric and PTO.
