Who We Are

Hewitt Land Company, Inc. specializes in the acquisition and sale of agricultural real property, and the accommodation of the IRC 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange market, we also offer brokerage services for commercial, residential, and recreational properties. To us, it's simple --- our passion in the field stems from first-hand experience, and a way of life we've always known. While we are based out of Piedmont, South Dakota, we also operate out of an office located in Pierre, (the state capitol) and are licensed to conduct business in the following states:
