Bobcat Celebrates Employee Innovation with Credo and Patent Awards
Bobcat celebrates Credo Award winners and employees reaching 10+ and 15+ patent milestones, underscoring innovation in equipment design.
Bobcat Company has honored nearly 150 employees worldwide as part of its annual Credo Awards and patent recognition program. The awards highlight individuals and teams whose work has advanced innovation, collaboration and process improvements across the company.
This year marked the first time Bobcat recognized employees reaching major patent milestones, celebrating contributions that strengthen the company’s product development and intellectual property.
“The Credo awards and patent milestone recognition shine a spotlight on the remarkable individuals and teams who are not only driving innovation but embodying the values that define Bobcat,” said Mike Ballweber, president, Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. “By aligning their work with our Credo, these employees demonstrate a powerful blend of technical excellence, collaboration and purpose. Employees recognized for 10 or more patents include Dennis Agnew, Jeremy Harms, Jim Breuer, Jin-hup Yeu, John Pfaff, Jonathan Roehrl, Scott Schuh and Spencer Mindeman.
Those honored for 15 or more patents include Chris Young, Jeff Dahl, Mark Bares, Michael Wetzel and Thomas Tokach.
Bobcat said the recognition reflects its long-standing focus on innovation, dating back to its creation of the compact equipment industry in 1958.
