CNH Industrial (CNH) has revealed significant updates to its global leadership team, aiming to seize growth opportunities in its agriculture division across North America and the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions.

The changes are designed to strengthen the company's market position as it prepares for anticipated growth in the agricultural cycle.

Effective Jan. 1, 2025, Scott Harris will take over as President of North America. Harris, currently the Global Brand President for Case IH and STEYR, has extensive experience in agricultural operations and leadership within CNH.

He has previously led the CNH Capital financial services division and the Parts and Service business, as well as key regional brands such as Case IH and New Holland Construction.

Harris succeeds Vilmar Fistarol, who will step down on Dec. 31, 2024, after 34 years with the company but will remain in an advisory capacity during the first half of 2025.

Markus Müller will assume the role of President, EMEA, starting March 1, 2025. Müller, a seasoned executive from DEUTZ AG, brings a wealth of experience in technology, sales and product development.

Until his arrival, CNH Agriculture Chief Commercial Officer Stefano Pampalone will serve as interim President for EMEA. The transition is designed to ensure continuity and maintain momentum in the region's diverse agricultural market.

The company also announced that Carlo Alberto Sisto, current President of EMEA, is stepping down immediately after 26 years with CNH. CEO Gerrit Marx praised Sisto’s contributions during a challenging period for the agricultural sector and expressed confidence in Müller's ability to advance CNH's presence in the region.

These leadership changes reflect CNH’s focus on aligning its management team with its strategic goals. The company emphasized the importance of North America as a key market for its advanced technologies and the potential for further growth in the dynamic EMEA region.
