JCB Expands Compact Equipment Lineup at Farm Progress Show
JCB debuts the 4TS Teleskid and 400T CTL at Farm Progress Show, expanding options for farmers needing high-power compact machines.
JCB introduced two new high-horsepower compact machines at the 2025 Farm Progress Show in Decatur, Illinois, highlighting expanded options for farmers and ranchers.
The 109-horsepower 4TS Teleskid and 400T compact track loader (CTL) are now the largest models in JCB’s compact lineup. Both machines are designed for demanding agricultural applications, with higher torque, greater lift capacity and improved operator features.
“These machines reflect our commitment to equipping customers with the tools they need to work smarter, not harder,” said Lee Tice, product manager for JCB North America. “The 4TS and 400T were developed with extensive customer feedback, incorporating updates that deliver more power, greater reach and improved productivity.”
4TS Teleskid
The 4TS builds on the earlier 3TS Teleskid with added lift and capacity. It offers a 15-foot lift height and nearly 4,000 pounds of rated operating capacity, allowing farmers to stack hay, load feed, clean barns or maintain fence lines without additional machines.
At 13,000 pounds operating weight and under seven feet tall, the 4TS maintains maneuverability in tighter farmyard spaces. JCB says improvements address previous limitations, including the ability to run high-flow attachments with the boom fully extended. A redesigned low-leak valve body also helps prevent boom drift for improved safety during loading and stacking.
“The 4TS Teleskid bridges the gap between compact and capability,” Tice said. “It’s the ultimate all-in-one machine for farmers who need to get more done with less equipment.”
400T Compact Track Loader
The 400T CTL is designed for heavy-duty work such as clearing brush, hauling feed, moving silage or cleaning livestock pens. With an operating weight of 12,544 pounds, the machine delivers over 40 gallons per minute of hydraulic flow at 4,000 psi to power demanding attachments.
Its redesigned chassis and expanded cooling system reduce the need for auxiliary coolers, supporting long, high-flow operations.
“When you need equipment that works as hard as you do, the 400T is the answer,” Tice said. “With its advanced engine and hydraulic performance, it’s a true workhorse built for farmers and ranchers tackling the most challenging applications.”
Both machines were developed at JCB’s North American headquarters in Savannah, Georgia, based on customer feedback. They are available now through JCB dealerships across North America.
The new equipment will be on display at booth 1233 during the Farm Progress Show, held August 26 to 28 in Decatur.
