Mahindra Ag North America (MAgNA) has announced Lt. Colonel George Knight, retired U.S. Air Force Reserve, as the winner of its 2025 Military Salute Giveaway. Knight received a limited-edition ROXOR Independence Edition, an off-road utility vehicle featuring a patriotic paint design honoring America’s service members.

“Thank you to all of the veterans, active-duty military personnel and reservists who participated in the 2025 Military Salute Giveaway,” said Viren Popli, MAgNA president and CEO. “Congratulations to our new winner, George. While no gesture can truly match the sacrifices you’ve made for our nation, we hope your new ROXOR serves as a lasting symbol of our appreciation and respect.”

Knight retired after a 20-year career in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, including active duty during Desert Storm. He now works as a dentist for the Cherokee Nation in Vinita, Okla., commuting 50 miles each way from his home in Rogers, Ark. Knight previously taught at the University of Texas Health San Antonio School of Dentistry before relocating to Arkansas in 2024.

He was nominated for the giveaway by both his wife and stepdaughters, with the winning nomination submitted by his stepdaughter, Kirsten. “Winning the giveaway is an incredible honor! As a veteran, being recognized by Mahindra shows they truly value military service. Their commitment and spirit of giving back to our great country means the world to me,” Knight said.

Looking forward to using the ROXOR around his property, Knight added, “We see UTVs around here all the time, and I’m very excited about getting my ROXOR.” His vehicle will be supported by local Mahindra dealer Four State/Tatum Motors in Tontitown, Ark.

The ROXOR Independence Edition is built with a 2.7L turbo diesel engine rated at 55 horsepower, a boxed steel frame and a heavy-duty transmission. Fewer than 1,000 units are being produced, offering a limited opportunity for farmers, landowners and outdoor enthusiasts to own the special-edition model.

The Military Salute Giveaway is now in its 12th year and continues to highlight Mahindra’s commitment to honoring U.S. service members.
