MAXAM Tire Expands AgriXtra Line with New VF and CFO Options
MAXAM Tire adds new VF and CFO AgriXtra tires for tractors, sprayers, floaters and harvesters to support next-gen farm equipment.
MAXAM Tire has expanded its AgriXtra product line with new VF (Very High Flexion) and CFO (Cyclic Field Operation) tire sizes designed for next-generation agricultural equipment. The additions are built to support larger, higher-horsepower machinery while helping farmers manage load requirements, reduce ground impact and improve field productivity.
The updated AgriXtra lineup now includes fitments for tractors, sprayers, floaters and harvesters. Using advanced casing technology and steel-belted construction, the tires are engineered to provide strength, flotation and endurance in demanding applications.
New product family additions include:
- AgriXtra 85: VF and CFO-rated tires for 180–430 HP MFWD tractors and harvesters, including track rear and front axle drive fitments.
- AgriXtra 70/65: Fitments for small tractors under 100 HP, rear axle steer tires for Class 7–8 harvesters and flotation options for high-clearance sprayers.
- AgriXtra XL: VF super single options for front and rear axle drive positions in high HP MFWD tractors, for North American and European markets.
- AgriXtra H: CFO solutions for 3- and 4-wheel floaters, designed for heavy loads and high-capacity performance.
- AgriXtra N: Narrow row crop solutions for vegetable and vineyard operations, including VF CFO options for high-clearance sprayers operating at speeds up to 50 mph.
“The addition of these new sizes allows MAXAM to better serve the full range of agricultural applications, from narrow tractors and small platforms to high horsepower sprayers and harvesters,” said Greg Gilland, vice president of agriculture at MAXAM Tire. “Each tire is engineered to meet the demands of today’s evolving equipment – delivering durability, traction and load capacity that farmers and OEMs can rely on season after season.”
All VF-rated AgriXtra tires feature steel belts designed to improve traction, minimize soil compaction and extend tire life. MAXAM said the CFO-capable designs are especially effective in operations where fluctuating loads and speeds are common, and where adjusting tire pressure in the field is not practical.
According to the company, the expansion underscores MAXAM’s continued investment in product development for modern agriculture, aimed at providing dealers, OEMs and farmers with reliable tire solutions across a broad range of equipment.
