New Holland Showcases Hay, Forage Equipment at Farm Progress Show

New Holland will debut new hay and forage equipment, showcase forage harvesting technology, and display an expanded compact tractor lineup at the 2026 Farm Progress Show, scheduled for September 1 to 3 in Boone, Iowa.

The company's booth will feature the new Speedrower 1 Series self-propelled windrowers, Model Year 2027 Roll-Belt 1 Series round balers, new WORKMASTER 45C, 50C, and 55C compact tractors, and technology for FR Forage Cruisers.

New Speedrower Windrowers and Roll-Belt Balers

The Speedrower 1 Series self-propelled windrowers are making their public debut at the show. The lineup includes increased horsepower, updated operator controls, upgraded cooling performance, and Relative Yield Monitoring integrated with lifetime FieldOps connectivity.

New Holland will also display its Model Year 2027 Roll-Belt 1 Series round balers, which include durability improvements, a new net protection system, factory-fit IntelliBale automation, and updated operator technology options.

The company said the equipment is designed to address hay and forage production needs, including productivity during harvest windows and forage quality.

AI Technology Featured on Forage Cruisers

New Holland will highlight several technologies available on its FR Forage Cruisers, including ForageCam, NutriSense, and CropSpeed.

ForageCam uses AI-driven image analysis to evaluate kernel processing performance and automatically adjust crop processor settings. The company said the system is designed to help maintain forage quality targets while reducing the need for manual adjustments.

The technology suite also incorporates sensing and connectivity capabilities intended to provide crop information and support machine adjustments during forage harvesting.

New WORKMASTER Compact Tractors

The New Holland exhibit will include three additions to the WORKMASTER compact tractor lineup: the WORKMASTER 45C, 50C, and 55C.

The new models feature refreshed styling and Dynamic Blue paint, along with telematics-ready connectivity. New Holland said the models add capability and comfort to its compact tractor lineup.

The company will also display its updated Dynamic Blue styling on additional equipment, including the Guardian front boom sprayer. The styling has been introduced on the T7 XD, T7 Standard Wheelbase, and PowerStar tractors and is being rolled out across the remaining tractor series and blue product lines.

Precision Technology for Existing Equipment

New Holland will also demonstrate how modern precision agriculture technology can be added to existing equipment.

A Genesis 8970 tractor equipped with aftermarket precision technology will be displayed in the booth. The setup demonstrates the integration of guidance, connectivity, and precision farming technology with an existing machine.

The company said the display addresses interest among producers in adopting precision technology without replacing their entire equipment fleet.

NHCast Returns for Season 3

The Farm Progress Show also marks a production milestone for NHCast, New Holland's podcast platform.

Season 3 will expand its focus to agriculture across North America, with host Willie Vogt, an ag technology and innovation commentator, leading conversations with farmers, industry leaders, innovators, and experts.

Topics will include technology adoption, business management, workforce development, sustainability, and the future of farming.

New Holland's exhibit will be located at Booth 202 during the September 1 to 3 Farm Progress Show in Boone.
