USA Export, Inc. has expanded its heavy equipment export and logistics services, including support for agricultural machinery shipments to international markets.

The Illinois-based company announced expanded capabilities in Zero-Cut Dismantling, container loading, flat-rack preparation and international shipping as equipment buyers worldwide face higher transportation costs and stricter environmental regulations at ports.

USA Export specializes in transporting a variety of machinery, including agricultural equipment, construction equipment, mining machinery and industrial assets. The company said growing freight costs have increased interest in containerized shipping solutions that maximize cargo space while helping reduce transportation expenses.

Founded in 2007, USA Export operates from its Chicagoland headquarters and provides equipment pickup, dismantling, loading and export services across the United States. The company said running equipment can typically be picked up within two to five business days, while non-running equipment can generally be recovered within five to 10 business days.

For oversized agricultural and heavy equipment, the company uses a Zero-Cut Dismantling process whenever possible. According to USA Export, technicians utilize hydraulic tools and lifting equipment to dismantle machinery for transport without cutting structural components, helping preserve the original design and condition of the equipment.

The company also prepares cargo for flat-rack containers, open-top containers, high-cube containers, rail transportation and ocean freight. These options allow customers to choose shipping methods based on equipment size and transportation requirements.

USA Export said environmental compliance remains a key part of the shipping process. Equipment is prepared according to port requirements, including fluid removal when necessary and securement using approved cargo restraint systems. The company also provides photographic documentation throughout the export process.

"Our mission is simple: protect the customer's equipment and protect their bottom line," says Inga Kevliciene, CEO of USA Export, Inc. "By combining specialized dismantling, strategic inland transportation and advanced container loading techniques, we help our clients avoid excessive shipping costs while ensuring their machinery arrives safely, securely and ready to work."

The company provides export logistics, container loading, dismantling and transportation services for equipment dealers, farmers, contractors, auction buyers and exporters moving machinery to destinations around the world.
