Kubota Appoints Charlie Kowalski as Vice President of IT

Kubota Tractor Corporation has appointed Charlie Kowalski as vice president of information technology for its U.S. operations, the company announced July 8.

In his new role, Kowalski will oversee the company's enterprise technology strategy and IT organization, supporting operational initiatives and future growth across U.S. operations.

Kowalski brings experience managing enterprise application ecosystems and large-scale transformation initiatives at several Fortune 500 companies, including Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo and ServiceNow. According to Kubota, his background includes work focused on modernizing enterprise systems and improving operational efficiency and reliability.

At Kubota, he will lead initiatives involving enterprise resource planning systems, including SAP, as well as supply chain systems, IT service management and human resources platforms. The company said his responsibilities will include advancing enterprise capabilities through automation, integration and process simplification.

Most recently, Kowalski served as senior director of product and enablement at ServiceNow. He previously held senior leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson and PepsiCo, where he led global IT operational initiatives and supply chain transformation programs.

Kubota said Kowalski has experience leading global teams and developing technology platforms that support complex organizations.
